This service is run Mondays and Wednesdays between 1.30pm and 4.30pm. The helpline is there to offer help and advice to people who have one off questions or who may need support with issues at home. If the issues are complex we may make an appointment to talk with you in depth, or if we are unable to help we may advise you to contact an alternative agency who could better suit your needs.
